Do you deal with prombles that often occur with dispensers?

There may be some minor problems during the use of the dispenser. Do you know how to deal with these common prombles? Below, YIERMAI will share with you the common troubleshooting methods of several dispensers, and I hope can help you.
1. UV glue (UV curing glue):
Make sure to use black wire. Do not add UV glue directly to the old UV glue of the pressure cylinder. First release the original UV glue, then pour the UV glue into the air pressure cylinder.
2, needle:
In general, less than 20 needles will cause air problems - dripping or vertical flow. Try using a larger metal or tapered needle to avoid curling or Teflon needles.
3, epoxy (expoxy) cleaning
If possible, use ordinary toluene solvent storage pressure vessel, in order to automatically clean each transfer. The more regular the cleaning, the better.
4, the size of the flowing glue is not the same:
When the glue loses consistency, it is mainly caused by the cylinder or the air pressure instability. The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15 psi below the factory minimum pressure. The pressure of the pressure cylinder should be between the pressure above the central portion of the pressure regulator. Avoid pressure between the low pressure parts of the gauge. The pressure of the rubber valve should be at least 60 pSi or more to ensure the stability of the rubber. Finally, the gel time should be checked. If less than 15/1000 seconds, the gel will be unstable. The longer the gel time, the more stable the gel.
5, namely sol-water (quick-drying glue), glue valve joints and pipe plugs:
This is mainly due to the repeated use of excessive water or instant glue. Always use fresh, sol-soluble water and thoroughly clean the tube with non-moist acetone. The air used should be determined to be completely dry and filtered between the factory air pressure and the rubber valve system.
